Skinless Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

1 chicken
chicken breader
1 c. shortening
salt
Preparation

Remove skin from chicken and wash.
Soak overnight or during the day in salty water.
Dip chicken in chicken breader and fry slowly, about 40 minutes.
Then remove part of oil and bake about 20 or 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Ovens may vary.
