Nachos(Cheese Topped Tortilla Chips) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    4 corn tortillas
    6 jalapeno peppers, sliced
    1 can refried beans (optional)
    cooking oil (for deep-frying chips)
Preparation
    Cut each tortilla into 6 pie shape pieces. Heat oil and deep-fry tortillas until crisp. Drain and cool. Place chips on a cookie sheet. Spread each with beans, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 325\u00b0 until cheese melts. Top each with
    a jalapeno slice. Serve hot. Omit beans, if desired. Makes 6 servings. Preparation time: 0:45.
