Rice Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    5 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 stick cinnamon
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Soak 1 cup rice in 2 cups of milk for about 2 hours.
    Add 2 more cups of milk.
    Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
    When fully cooked, add 2 beaten eggs and sugar.
    Add remaining milk (1 cup) and cinnamon.
    Put in a few drops of whiskey to taste.
    Add to mixture and stir.
    Put in pie crust (do not cover with crust). Makes 2 pies.
