Chicken Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer or 6 large chicken breasts
    1 chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles, cook by directions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    6 to 8 slices white bread, cubed
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook fryer with onion in enough water to have at least 1 quart of broth until fryer is done.
    Cool and debone; break meat into pieces.
    Cook noodles.
    Mix chicken, noodles, broth, soups, sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into a 10 1/2 x 14 1/2-inch baking dish or pan.
    Cover with bread cubes, then melt margarine and spoon over top of bread layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
