Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler fryer chickens, cut up
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. shortening
Preparation

Mix flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
Coat chicken with mixture.
Heat 1/2 of each margarine and shortening in each of two 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pans in 425\u00b0 oven until melted.
Place chicken in pans, skin side down.
Stagger pans on oven racks.
Cook uncovered 30 minutes.
Turn chicken and rotate pans.
Cook uncovered 30 minutes longer.
