Coconut Butter Mochi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box mochiko flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 c. milk
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Mix dry ingredients together. Add remaining wet ingredients, except coconut.
    Pour into pan and sprinkle coconut on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
