Cocretas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 large baking potato
    1 egg
Preparation
    Boil potato then mash.
    (Do not overcook.)
    Saute meat until golden brown.
    Drain extra fat.
    Combine meat and mashed potato. Form into balls or egg shape.
    Coat with beaten egg and deep fry.
