Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flank steak
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. peeled and grated fresh ginger root
Preparation
    Score one side of steak, making shallow cuts in a crisscross pattern.
    Place steak in a shallow dish or plastic bag.
    Combine ingredients; pour over steak.
    Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 3 days or at room temperature for up to 3 hours.
    Grill over hot coals or broil 4 to 5 minutes each side.
    Great served hot or cold.
    Makes 4 servings.
