Quick Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, boned and quartered
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. cooked ham, cut in cubes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans, frozen corn, partially thawed
    3 small potatoes, quartered
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil.
    Add ham and onion; cook until lightly browned.
    Add tomatoes, broth, lima beans, corn and potatoes. Cover; cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper.
