Grandma Klose'S Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    2 green peppers
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans tomato paste
    ketchup
Preparation
    Mix meat, rice, salt and pepper and stuff into peppers.
    Make meat balls out of the remaining mixture to drop into sauce.
    Put tomato paste and 2 cans of water into a large kettle.
    Add salt and pepper.
    (Add 1 teaspoon sugar; optional.)
    Put in some ketchup.
    Cover kettle and cook slowly at a low temperature for about 2 hours.
