Apple Blossom Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix well and cook in tube pan at 350\u00b0 until done.
