Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced carrots (about 2 lb.)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 can tomato soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook carrots (just barely tender).
Drain and cool; add onion and pepper.
Mix all other ingredients.
Pour all over carrots. Let set 12 hours in refrigerator.
Drain all liquid.
Store in refrigerator.
Will keep 2 or 3 months.
Reserve liquid.
May be used for another batch of carrots.
