Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa (baking)
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar (cider)
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. water
2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Check often.
Cake will feel heavy in weight.
