Rhubarb Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 c. sugar or less
4 Tbsp. tapioca
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation

Mix everything together and cook until soft.
If you use a double boiler, it cooks it best.
