Corn Meal Crust Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked and boned
4 small potatoes
1 (20 oz.) bag mixed vegetables
4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. milk
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
Preparation

Cook potatoes and vegetables in chicken broth until tender. Thicken with flour.
Stir in cut up chicken.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Mix Jiffy mix with milk and egg.
Spoon over chicken.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until crust is golden and mixture is hot and bubbly.
Serve hot.
