Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 c. raw, grated yellow squash
    4 eggs, beaten
    12 oz. large curd cottage cheese
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 stick melted oleo
Preparation
    Mix squash, eggs and cottage cheese together.
    Add corn muffin mix and melted oleo.
    Mix again.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch dish at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
