Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage head
    1 tsp. salt
    1 green pepper
    1 carrot
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix salt with shredded cabbage.
    Let stand 1 hour; drain well and add grated carrot and chopped green pepper. Set aside.
