Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can pink salmon
1 egg
2 slices white bread
saltine crackers
corn flakes, crushed in separate bowl

Preparation

Mix salmon, egg, bread and saltines in large bowl.
Crush corn flakes in separate bowl.
Roll salmon patties in corn flakes and bake in oven until browned.
