Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. canned salmon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Cook bread crumbs and milk in a double boiler 12 minutes. Remove from heat and add beaten eggs.
    Flake the salmon, removing bones.
    Add salmon and remaining ingredients to bread crumbs and milk.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Set dish in pan of hot water and bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven until firm in center when pressed gently or until knife comes out clean.
