Ground Beef Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and peppers in large skillet.
    Stir in water, catsup and mustard.
    Bring to boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Remove from fire and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
    Sprinkle with cheese and cover.
    Let stand until cheese is melted.
    Garnish with lettuce leaves, pickle and tomato slices.
