Fig Muffins(One Dozen Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped figs
    1/4 c. sherry wine
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 2/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Soak figs in sherry wine for 1 hour.
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Mix flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add with oil mixture to figs.
    Can be baked in loaf pan 1 hour or in muffin tin at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
