Lemon Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
pinch of salt
1 lemon
1 1/2 c. milk
1 pie shell
Preparation

Mix flour with sugar and a pinch of salt.
Beat egg yolks. Add the juice and grated rind of 1 lemon.
Then add flour and sugar continuing to beat.
Stir in milk and lastly fold in egg whites beaten stiff, but not dry.
