Crock-Pot Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 peeled potatoes
    2 c. carrots
    2 c. celery
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. roast beef
    1 to 2 cans Campbell's beefy mushroom soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Place roast in bottom of pot and then halved potatoes, celery, and carrots.
    Cover with soup.
    Add water.
    Salt as desired.
    Cook slowly approximately 6 to 7 hours on low.
