My Mom'S Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. flour
Preparation

Place egg, milk, salt and cream of tartar in food processor and mix.
Slowly add flour until mixed.
Thinly roll out on floured surface.
Cut into strips and spread out to dry.
Add to boiling water, chicken or beef broth and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Watch for sticking.
