Linguini With White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans chopped clams
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
    1 1/2 c. bottled clam broth
    1/8 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onion in oil.
    Drain clams and add to vegetables.
    Continue to cook 10 minutes.
    Add flour and stir well.
    Add wine, spices and broth.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Add cheese.
    Serve over linguini.
