Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch carrots, sliced thin (2 1/4 c.)
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 green pepper, cut in strips
    1/2 c. tomato soup
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender; drain.
    Combine onion and green pepper.
    Stir together the rest of the ingredients and mix with carrots, green pepper and onion.
    Cover and marinate.
