Barbecue Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped medium onion
    2 Tbsp. melted butter, cook onions with this until done
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. tomato ketchup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper
    few shakes of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil.
    Put aluminum foil in a 2-inch deep pan.
    Put meat in pan.
    Pour sauce over meat.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until meat is done, about 2 1/2 hours, according to your oven (some ovens cook hotter) and also depends on tenderness of venison.
