Lyonnaise Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    6 medium potatoes, pared and thinly sliced
    1 1/2 c. sliced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In hot butter in large, heavy skillet, saute potato and onion slices, turning frequently, until golden brown and tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley.
    Makes 6 servings.
