Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. parsley
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 beaten eggs
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Saute and stir zucchini, onion and butter or margarine for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Add salt, pepper, basil, garlic powder, parsley and oregano.
    In a bowl, beat eggs and add Mozzarella cheese.
    Add to zucchini mixture.
    Press 1 package crescent rolls into a pan and spread with mustard.
    Pour zucchini mixture into pan and bake. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes and serve.
    I bake in a 9 or 10-inch glass pie plate.
