Granola Snack Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rolled oats
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. shelled sunflower seeds
    1/2 tsp. apple or pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 c. butter flavored syrup
    1 c. carob coated raisins
    1 c. banana chips
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 300\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine the oats, walnuts, coconut, sunflower seeds and pie spice; mix well.
    Pour the syrup over the oat mixture, stirring well.
    Spread the mixture in a single layer on a lightly greased jelly roll pan.
    Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool completely.
