Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Crisco
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream Crisco; add sugar and cream.
    Add 3 eggs, beating after each egg.
    Mix dry ingredients and add alternately to egg mixture with milk.
    Beat well and fold in berries.
    Fill paper cups 2/3 full and sprinkle lightly with a little granulated sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 24 to 30 muffins.
