Turkey Fillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 turkey slices
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    1/2 to 3/4 c. flour
    1 small onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water or milk
Preparation
    Roll turkey slices in egg, salt and pepper.
    Coat with flour. Brown in skillet with small amount of shortening.
    Bake in layers, in greased square baking dish, of turkey, onion, soup and 1/4 cup water or milk.
    Bake, covered, with lid or foil for 1 1/2 hours.
