Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. rotelle noodles
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper
    2 or 3 grated carrots
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Mix dressing together.
    Add to noodles and refrigerate.
