Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb pan sausage
2 onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 sticks margarine, melted
2 recipes Ranch Cornbread (No. 19)
2 cups crumbled biscuits
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 - 3 tsp sage
2 eggs, beaten
6 c chicken or turkey broth
Preparation

Saute onions sausage and celery in margarine.
Combine with crumbled bread, seasonings and eggs.
Add broth, stirring until all bread is moist and soft.
Check seasonings and adjust according to taste.
Stuff inside turkey or place in a greased 3 quart casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
