Chicken Picata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
    flour
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour.
    Melt 4 tablespoons butter in skillet over medium heat.
    When butter has melted, add chicken.
    Brown on both sides.
    Place chicken in small baking dish.
    Melt remaining butter in skillet on low.
    Add lemon juice, garlic and parsley. Pour over chicken.
    Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 2 to 3.
