Bobby Knight Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 c. coconut
    2 eggs
    1 can cream of coconut (stir)
    1 medium size Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, water, cream of coconut and coconut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    After baking, while warm, put holes in cake.
    Pour remaining cream of coconut. Let cool.
    Add 1 cup coconut and Cool Whip, then ice. Refrigerate.
