Pork And Fried Noodles Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. frozen egg noodles
    6 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. lean pork
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling water until tender; drain.
    Rinse in cold water and drain again.
    Set aside.
