Company Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. whole carrots
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. finely crushed saltine crackers
    2 Tbsp. butter
    parsley, chopped
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook carrots in boiling water until fork-tender.
    Reserve 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
    Cut carrots in narrow strips.
    Arrange in 9-inch square baking dish.
