Gramma Willson'S Lemon Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    2 eggs (save whites for top)
Preparation
    Cook on top of stove over low heat until thick.
    Pour into baked or graham cracker pie crust.
    Top with meringue, if desired.
