Brownie Meltaways - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (21.5 oz.) pkg. brownie mix
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. softened butter or margarine
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
about 2 Tbsp. milk
2 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Prepare brownies as directed on package except stir coconut and nuts into batter.
Bake as directed; cool. Mix powdered sugar, 1/3 cup margarine and vanilla.
Stir in milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until spreading consistency.
Spread over brownies.
Refrigerate until topping is firm, about 30 minutes. Heat chocolate and 2 teaspoons margarine until melted.
Drizzle evenly over topping.
Spread evenly.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Remove and cut into squares to prevent chocolate from cracking. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
