Old Time Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices buttered toast, quartered (I also use leftover biscuits)
1/3 c. seedless raisins
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Put toast into a greased 1 1/4-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle raisins over toast.
Combine eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, salt, milk, water and vanilla; pour over toast.
Let stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 4.
