Watergate Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large Cool Whip (12 oz.)
    1 box pistachio Jell-O
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 c. bacon bits
    1 pkg. pecan halves
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 small jar cherries
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except pecan halves and cherries in a large mixing bowl.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.
    Add pecan halves and cherries on top to decorate.
