Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cream margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Combine flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Bake at 400\u00b0 on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.
