Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium carrots, julienne
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. buttered bread crumbs
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Cook carrots in a small amount of water about 10 minutes. Place carrots and 2 tablespoons water in which they were cooked in a greased shallow baking dish.
    Mix together mayonnaise, grated onion, horseradish, salt and pepper.
    Spoon sauce over carrots and stir lightly.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
