Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. carrots
    3 stalks celery
    6 qt. string beans (3 green, 3 yellow)
    2 (40 1/2 oz.) cans kidney beans
    3 qt. lima beans
    6 qt. chopped peppers (red and yellow)
    5 lb. small onions
    5 heads cauliflower
    4 qt. small sweet pickles (already prepared)
Preparation
    Clean, cut and prepare into bite sized pieces.
    Season with salt; cook separately until tender and drain.
