Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. hot water
Preparation

Dissolve jello in water and cool.
Mix cheese and sugar.
Whip cream.
Mix all ingredients well and pour into graham cracker shell.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
(Blueberry or cherry pie filling may be spread on top of pie in lieu of crumbs.) Refrigerate.
