Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. black-eyed peas (do not drain)
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 clove garlic
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. sugar
    Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Mix in large bowl.
    Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
