Vegetable Fantasia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. butter, divided
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichokes, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 tomatoes
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and Parmesan cheese.
    Stir in artichokes, broccoli and mushrooms.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Slice tomatoes 1/2-inch thick; place on broccoli.
    Saute bread crumbs in 1/2 cup butter until browned. Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
