Hot Water Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. yellow or white cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Add boiling hot water to mixture.
    Form into patties.
    Cook in very hot cooking oil.
    Fry until brown, turning as needed.
    Cook until golden brown.
    Makes approximately 15 patties.
