Coney Island Casserole(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. beef franks, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 (15 oz.) can Hormel chili (no beans)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine rice, franks, chili and onion. Pour into a 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
